Events ArchiveWe would like to very kindly invite you to take part in a symposium in applied psychology (2nd Annual symposium on Applying of principles of cognitive psychology in practice, or “APCPP”) which will be held on May 21 and 22, 2015, in Brno (Czech Republic). The symposium is organized by the Department of Psychology of Masaryk University in Brno.
The symposium expects to host about 20 speakers from the whole of Europe. Its general aim is to support interdisciplinary cooperation; thus, the topics that are expected to be covered are very diverse, including learning and reading disorders, neurocognitive research, psycholinguistics, cognitive cartography, intercultural research and psychology in aviation, transport and astronautics. Each speaker will be asked to give a 20-minute lecture, after which there will be space for a 10-minute discussion. The outcome of the symposium is going to be a Book of (extended) abstracts; also a collection of PPT presentations will be made.
